On February 28, 2014, HOSE announced the record date for the 2014 Annual General Meeting of Investment & Trading of Real Estate Joint Stock Company as follows:

-          Stock symbol:   ITC                  

-          Ex-right date:    March 13, 2014

-          Record date:     March 17, 2014

-          Purpose: to organize the 2014 Annual General Meeting

-          Meeting time:    estimated 08:30am on April 23, 2014

-          Meeting venue:  announce later.

-          If there are not enough voting rights in the first  2014 Annual General Meeting as regulated, the Company will organize the second meeting with the same record date March 17, 2014, and the second meeting will be on May 15, 2014  and  will be announced on the company’s website.
