1. The payment for the 2011,2012,2013 dividend
Dividend pay-out ratio/charter capital: 10 %/ year. Total dividend in 03 years: 30%
In which: 10% cash dividend and 20% stock dividend.
Payment date: expected in April, 2014 for payment cash dividend
Payment stock dividend, which will be submitted AGM 2014
2. For the 2014 annual shareholders’ meeting (AGM)
