GSP: Explanation for submitting the 2013 audited financial statements late

International Gas Product Shipping Joint Stock Company explained the 2013 audited financial statements submitted late because: on March 13, 2014, after finishing the financial statements, the company disclosed financial statements on the company’s website. Then, it sent to the Hochiminh Stock Exchange. However, the time to send the statements was at the end of week. Therefore, the statements were sent on the first working day of the next week, which is later than regulated
