The BOD of Duc Long Gia Lai Group Joint Stock Company approved to transfer capital contribution with the value of VND47 billion, equivalent to 4,700,000 shares in Duc Long Gia Lai JSC to Mr. Huynh Thai Quoc.

The capital contribution of DLG in Duc Long Gia Lai JSC is VND4 billion, equivalent to 4% of its charter capital.
