-         Record date:     March 25, 2014

-         Purpose: to organize the 2014 Annual General Meeting

-         Meeting time:     one day between April 20, 2014 and April 25, 2014

-         Meeting venue:  Meeting Hall of DIC Star Hotel, No.169 Thuy Van St., Vung Tau City.

-         Contents: Approval issues within of authority of the Meeting and business plan for 2014.

The specific meeting time and detailed content will be sent to shareholders 15 days before the meeting date.
