DIG: Resolution on organizing the 2014 AGM

Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation announced Resolution on organizing the 2014 Annual General Meeting as follows:

-          Approving the 2014 Annual General Meeting:

·         Record date: March 25, 2014

·         Meeting time: one day, expected late March 20, 2014 and April 25, 2014

·         Venue: Meeting hall of DIC Star Hotel, 169 Thuy Van, Vung Tau city

·         Contents:

·         Report on profit and loss in 2013, and business plan for 2014;

·         The financial statements in 2013;

·         Report of the Board of Supervisors on financial investment in 2013;

·         Plan for dividend and profit distribution in 2012;

·         Plan for increasing charter capital:

·         Choosing an auditing firm for 2014;

·         Approval for remuneration of the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors in 2013 and payment plan 2014.

·         Other relating issues

-          This resolution takes effect from March 04, 2014.
