DAE: Explanation for the difference of over 10% in profit after tax of Q.IV/2013 year on year

Educational Book JSC in Da Nang City explained the difference of over 10% in profit after tax of Q.IV/2013 year on year approved on 10 March 2013 as follows:

The revenue of Q.IV/2013 decreased in comparison with Q.IV/2012, which caused the profit after tax to fall. On the other hand, in Q.IV/2012, the Company adjusted a decrease of VND 468,295,239 in the corporate income (based on Circular 123/TT-BTC dated 27 July 2013 – applying the tax rate of 10%), which caused the profit after tax of Q.IV/2012 to rise
