BT6: Explanation for business result in Q4, 2013

Beton 6 Corporationexplained business result in Q4/2013 compared to Q4/2012 as follows:

Consolidated profit after tax was VND8,241,153,046, decreasing VND3,689,361,582 compared to the same period of 2012 because:

-          Revenue decreased 33% because constructions were in final stage so that revenues from those were not recorded.

-          Financial revenue decreased sharply.

-          Interest expense decreased by 53.28%.

-          Other profit decreased by 81.15%.
