BHS: BHS changes the meeting date of AGM 2013

The Board of Directors of Bien Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company unanimously decided to change the meeting date of Shareholders’ Annual General Meeting 2013:

-       Old meeting date: expected on April 22, 2014

-       New meeting date: expected in June, 2014

-       Record date: Authorizing the BOD to choose new record date.
