SUNCO.JSC: Notice of canceling auction

Until 4:00pm, February 21, 2014 – the ended time of registering the auction and depositing to buy shares of the Sun Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company (SUNCO.JSC) owned by Saigon Industrial Park Development Company, there was not investor to join the auction. Therefore, basing on Article 14 of Decision No.29/QD-SGDHCM issued on January 22, 2014 about the auction regulation of selling the the Sun Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company (SUNCO.JSC) owned by Saigon Industrial Park Development Company, the auction could not be organized.
