SMC: Resolution on AGM 2014 and the payment dividend

SMC Investment Trading Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated February 20, 2014:

1.     The payment for the second phase of the 2013 cash dividend:

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 03 %/ par value (VND300/ share)

-         Payment date: March 26, 2014        

2.     For the 2014 annual shareholders’ meeting (AGM):

-         Meeting date: Saturday, March 29, 2014      

-         Meeting venue: Meeting Hall of SMC Investment Trading Joint Stock Company, B1 Street, Phu My 1 Industrial Park, Ba Ria Vung Tau Province.
