Petroleum Pipeline & Tank Construction Joint Stock Company explained business result in Q4/2013 compared to Q4/2012 as follows:

-         Revenue in Q4/2013 was VND69.761 billion, decreasing by 76% compared to the same period of 2012 because some projects have not been implemented. Besides, interest expense increased.
