PTK: Explains reason of incomplete transaction

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa, wife of Mr. Nguyen Van Cong – a member of the Board of Supervisors of Phu Thinh Metallurgy Joint Stock Company said she bought 100,000 shares of the 200,000 shares registered to buy from January 23, 2014 to February 21, 2014.

-         Reason of incomplete transaction: the price was not in the trader’s expectation.
