The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of an affiliated institutional investor:

-         Pan Pacific Corporation, institutional investor affiliated with Ms. Le Thi Le Hang – Deputy Chairman of the BOD of National Seed Joint Stock Company, bought 17,550 NSC shares from December 11, 2013 to January 06, 2014 but had not had any announcements before trading.
