MPC: Explanation for postponement of 4Q2013 financial statements

Minh Phu Seafood Group Corporationexplainedfor postponement of 4Q2013 financial statementsas follows:

-       Time for Tet holiday is too long.

-       It takes a long time to collect documents of subsidiaries, especially Mseafood in America.

-       Furthermore, Minh Phu Hau Giang company, its subsidiary, is converted from a limited company to a joint stock company so that Minh Phu Hau Giang J.S.C must have done more procedures with authorities.
