KDC: Reminded of late information disclosure

On February 11, 2014, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) had Official Document No.164/SGDHCM-NY to remind Kinh Do Corporation to submit late disclosure on lending related parties without asking the general shareholders’ meeting. However, the company has collected the loan as at December 31, 2013, this still was against Circular 121/2012/TT-BTC and Item 3 Article 33 of the company’s charter.
