Dongthap Trading Corporation announced the Power of Attorney as follows:

- Mr. Tran Quoc Nam, CEO, authorized Mr. Pham Van Dung, Deputy CEO to directly mange the firm when CEO is absent and manage and signs many other documents in place of the CEO.

- Effective date: Janaury 01, 2014 to December 31, 2014.
