CSM: Board Resolution – Jan 20

The Southern Rubber Industry Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated January 20, 2014 as follows:

-         The Board of Directors approved to account debt of Hoa Viet Company into selling expense in 2014.

-         The Board of Directors approved to withdraw capital from the project 504 Nguyen Tat Thanh, District 4, HCMC and the project No.9 Nguyen Khoai, District 4, HCMC.

-         The Board of Directors approved to produce 1 million steel tyres.

-         The Board of Directors approved business results in Quarter 4.2013 with total revenue: 810 billion dongs and profit: 140 billion dongs.

-         The Board of Directors approved business plan for Quarter 1.2014 as follows:

+         Production value: 731 billion dongs

+         Total revenue: 719 billion dongs

+         Profit: 100 billion dongs.
