Materials Petroleum Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated February 24, 2014:

1. The payment for the second phase of 2013 cash dividend

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 6 %/ charter capital

-          Record date:  March 11, 2014

-          Payment date: expected in the last March, 2014       

2. For the 2013 annual shareholders’ meeting (AGM)

-          Record date:  March 11, 2014

-          Meeting date: Expected in April, 2014
