HOSE announces the record date for the 2014 annual shareholders’ meeting (stock code: CCI) and the payment for the second of 2013 cash dividend of Cuchi Commercial and Industrial Developing Investment Joint Stock Company:

·         The payment for the second of 2013 cash dividend

Dividend pay-out ratio:           7 %/ par value (VND700/ share)

Payment date:                          April 17, 2014   

Place & procedure of payment:

-          Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-          Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Cuchi Commercial And Industrial Developing Investment Joint Stock Company, Bau Tre, Tan An Hoi Commune, Cu Chi District, HCM City on the working days from MON to FRI from April 17, 2014.

-          Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.

·         For the 2014 annual shareholders’ meeting:
