ANV: Resolution on AGM 2014 and the payment dividend

Nam Viet Corporation announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated February 19, 2014:

1.     The payment for the 2013 cash dividend:

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 9 %/ par value

-         Record date: March 10, 2014

-         Payment date: June 25, 2014          

2.     For the 2014 annual shareholders’ meeting (AGM):

-         Meeting date: April 25, 2014

-         Meeting venue: Meeting Hall of Nam Viet Corporation, 19D Tran Hung Dao Street, Phu My Ward, Long Xuyen City, An Giang Province.
