Article 1: The Board of Directors approved explanation for business result in 2013

-         Net revenue: VND380 billion

-         Profit after tax: VND48 billion

Article 2: The Board of Directors approved business, profit plan for 2014

-         Net revenue: VND385 billion

-         Profit after tax: VND26 billion

-         Dividend: 20%
