VNI: Violation of information disclosure of inside shareholder

Violation of information disclosure requirement of an insider trading in Viet Nam Land Investment Corporation as follows:

-         Mr. Luong Ba Dang, a member of the BOD sold 24,300 VNI shares from January 06, 2014 to January 08, 2014 but he traded incorrectly with expected trading period.
