VID: Continues to be put under control

On January 14, 2014, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement 24/TB-SGDHCM to put the stock of Vien Dong Investment Development Trading Corporation (stock code: VID) as a designated stock.

-         Stock VID of Vien Dong Investment Development Trading Corporation has been designated as of January 20, 2014 according to Decision 14/QĐ-SGDHCM dated January 14, 2014 by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.

-         Reason: According to Point 1.1.b - Article 16 of Article 1 of Decision 10/QĐ-SGDHCM dated 01/13/2014, Business result of Vien Dong Investment Development Trading Corporation has not overcome the cumulative losses from 2011 to 2012, According to Consolidated auditing financial statement in 2011, 2012.
