Thanh Hoa Beer Joint Stock Company announces Extraordinary General Mandate 2013 approved on 17/01/2013 as follows:

Article 1: Approve the resignation of Mr. Le Ngoc Tung from Member of BOD, Thanh Hoa Beer Joint Stock Company.

Article 2: Approve the resignation of Mr. Tran Van Chung from Member of Supervisory Board, Thanh Hoa Beer Joint Stock Company.

Article 3: Approve the success in the election of Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Anh as Member of BOD, Thanh Hoa Beer Joint Stock Company.

Article 4: Approve the success in the election of Ms. Dinh Thi Thanh Hai as Member of Supervisory Board in the term 2009 - 2013, Thanh Hoa Beer Joint Stock Company.
