TH Group opens its door-to-door service
Locally-owned fresh maker TH Group has launched its door-to-door service, also the first of its type among milk makers in Vietnam, in a bid to provide its milk products to consumers directly.
This service means consumers will not have to go to the group’s shops to buy TH-branded products. Instead they can make a phone call to hotline 1800 54 54 40 to make orders. They also can make a message on their mobile phone: GHTN_HoTen and send it to 8037.
Additionally, they can also scan QR code by taking a photo of the leaflet to order the products, and then staff from TH true Marts will send them feedback to confirm their order. They also can visit website www.thtruemart.vn or email to the address giaohangtannha@thmilk.vn for online order.
TH true Mart deliverers will deliver the goods within 48 hours free-of-charge, with payments conducted at customers’ home. The maximum quantity for each order is one milk package.
At present, the service is applied across Hanoi, and will be expanded nationwide with delivery time to be cut by half.
Along with this service and welcoming the lunar new year, TH Group will also present them with gifts.
Specifically during January 20-February 28, 2014, with each bill worth VND300,000 -500,000 ($14.28-$23.8), customer will be presented with a one-litre fresh TH true MILK pack. Two identical packs will be for a bill worth at least VND500,000 ($23.8). Some other gifts like purchase vouchers will also be added.
