Bien Hoa Packaging Company the resolution of the Board of Directors dated January 21, 2014:

1.       The payment for the second phase of 2013 cash dividend

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 10 %/ par value (VND1,000/share)

2.       For the 2014 annual shareholders’ meeting (AGM)
