REE: Resolution on depository and additional listing

Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on December 31, 2013 with some main contents as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved additional listing and depository 19,043,000 REE shares, which issued from convertible bonds in 2012.
