PPG: Personnel Change

Phu Phong Corporation announces the personnel change as follows:

-         Mr. Luong Trong Tuan has resigned from Manager with effect since 01/01/2014.

-         Mr. Nguyen Cao Hai has resigned from Chief Accountant with effect since 02/01/2014.

-         Mr. Tran Vi Quyen has been appointed Manager in place of Mr. Luong Trong Tuan with effect since 01/01/2014.

-         Mr. Tran Cao Son has been appointed Chief Accountant in place of Mr. Nguyen Cao Hai with effect since 02/01/2014.

-         Mr. Tran Vi Quyen has been Company’s Legal Representative in place of Mr. Luong Trong Tuan with effect since 01/01/2014.
