HTC: Board resolution
On 02/01/2014, Hocmon Trade Joint Stock
Company announced Board resolution as follows:
Article 1:
Approve the list of capital representatives of Hoc Mon Trade JSC at newly
established company (Hoc Mon Food JSC):
- Mr. Le Van My, representing 40% of capital
- Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Thao, representing 30% of capital
- Mr. To Van Liem, representing 40% of capital
Article 2:
Introduce 3 persons above to be candidates
for BOD of Hocmon Trade JSC.
Article 3:
Authorize General Manager of Hocmon Trade Joint Stock Company to introduce candidates for Supervisory Board and
appoint staff to join operation of the newly-established company.
Article 4:
This resolution goes into effect
from signature date
Article.5:
Members of BOD, Management Board
and Managers of departments are responsible for the implementation of this
resolution.
