HPG: Disclosure on business result of 2013.
Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company announced the business result of 2013 as follows:

Revenue was VND19,200 billion
and profit after tax was VND2,010 billion, increasing by 4% and 68% compared to
plan. Total payment to national budget was VND1,836 billion.

Profits of all sectors exceeded
target, proving the sustainable development of Hoa Phat Group.

Construction steel, core
product, reached approximately the consumption of 700,000 tons this year, the
highest ever.

Market share of steel of Hoa
Phat increased from 14.8% to 15.2% after the second stage of Iron and Steel
Complex operated than 2 months.

Besides, HPG had stable jobs
for over 10,000 direct labors at many regions and over 20,000 indirect labors
in the whole country.
