HMC: Invest in associated company

The BOD of Ho Chi Minh City Metal Corporation approved capital contribution in cash to establish joint venture – VNS-Daewoo Co., Ltd with the value of VND21,079,250,000 (equivalent to USD1,000,000), owning 10% of VNS-Daewoo charter capital. Functions of VNS-Daewoo Co., Ltd: Import and distribution of scrap iron.
