Article 1: The BOD approved the capital contribution of VND9,800,000,000 to increase charter capital in Long Dien Real Estate Joint Stock Company.

-         Number of shares registered to buy: 980,000 shares

-         Stock type: common stock

-         Par value: VND10,000 / share

-         Price: VND10,000 / share

-         Total value of capital after the additional capital contribution: VND121,516,210,000

Article 2: The BOD approved to assign Mr. Tran Cong Luan as DXG’s representative of capital contribution in Long Dien Real Estate Joint Stock Company.
