Dream House Investment Corporation explained the fluctuation in business result in Quarter 4/2013 compared to Quarter 4/2011:

Compared to the same period of 2012, revenue from selling of goods and services in Quarter 4/2013 (mainly fertilizer business) was VND66.40 billion, while revenue from selling of goods and services in Quarter 4/2012 (mainly fertilizer business) was VND69.11 billion; Revenue in 2013 was VND172.81 billion.

Loss after tax in Quarter 4/2013 was VND1.97 billion because the company made a provision for financial.

Profit after tax in 2013 was VND1.12 billion.
