On January 25, 2014, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Announcement No. 58/TB-SGDHCM to announce the additional listing and trading of shares of Bac Giang Exploitable Mineral Joint Stock Company (stock code: BGM) on the HOSE as follows:

-         Stock type:        Common Stock

-         Par value:         VND10,000

-         Volume:            3,303,840 shares

-         Reason of changing listing: issue shares to pay 2011 dividends in cash to existing shareholders with ratio 12% according to Announcement No.1033/2013/TB-SGDHCM dated December 18, 2013.

-         Total number of shares after changing listing: 21,503,840 shares

-         Total listing value  after changing listing(basing on par value): VND215,038,400,000.

-         Effective date of the listing license: January 27, 2014
