On January 08, 2014, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) had Official Document No. 37/SGDHCM-NY to remind Binh Duong Construction and Civil Engineering Joint Stock Company to submit late disclosure on the Board Resolution on 2013 estimated business results and 2014 business targets.
