The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of an affiliated shareholder:

-         Ms. Dinh Thi Hien, mother of Ms. Vu Thi Thuy Ha  – Deputy CEO of AgriBank Securities Joint Stock Coporation (stock code: AGR), bought 18,560 and sold 13,460 AGR shares from November 21, 2013 to December 18, 2013 but had not had any announcements before trading.
