ABT: Resolution on AGM 2014 and the payment dividend

Bentre Aquaproduct Import And Export Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on January 14, 2014:

-         The Board of Directors approved to pay for the 3rd phase of 2013 cash dividend:

+         Dividend pay-out ratio: 15%/ par value (VND1,500/ share)

+         Payment date: expected on February, 2014        

-         For the 2014 annual shareholders’ meeting (AGM):

+         Meeting date: March 29, 2014
