Violation of information disclosure requirement of an insider trading in Viet Nhat Seafood Corporation as follows:

-         Mr. Nguyen Van Bau (brother of Mr. Nguyen Van Nhut – Chairman of the BOD) sold 7,770 VNH shares on November 26, 2013 but he did not announce the transaction.
