TDH: Report on the number of treasury shares

Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation reported change in the number of treasury shares as follows:

-         Number of treasury shares before change: 180,047 shares

-         Number of treasury shares increased: 13 shares

-         Number of treasury shares after change: 180,060 shares.

-         Reason: The Corporation repurchased shares to convert bonds TDH41029 (Phase 2/2013) to increase its charter capital from VND380,930,860,000 to VND381,504,200,000.
