PXS: Announcement of listing and trading additional shares

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Announcement No.1021/TB-SGDHCM on December 13, 2013 to announce the listing and trading additional shares of Petroleum Equipment Assembly and Metal Structure Joint Stock Company (PVC – MS) on the HOSE as follows:

-         Additional listing volume: 9,369,339 shares

(This is the number of shares privately issued to PVC – MS’ strategic partners and other investors.)

-         Total additional listing value (basing on par value): VND93,693,390,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: December 06, 2013          

-         Official trading date:

+         November 18, 2015: to list 5,000,000 shares which were issued to shareholder McPEC Offshore & Marine PTE, LTD.

+         November 18, 2014: to list 4,369,339 shares which were issued to other shareholders.
