Violation of information disclosure requirement of an insider trading in 577 Investment Corporation as follows:

-         Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hoa, a member of the Supervisory Board, sold 4,090 NBB shares on December 02, 2013 but she did not announce the transaction.
