NBB: 577 Corp to convert preferred shares into common shares

According to Board Resolution No.80/NQ-HDQT dated December 03, 2013, the Board of Directors of 577 Investment Corporation (577 Corp) unanimously approved a policy to convert 2,600,000 preferred shares into common shares for investor Beira Limited. Besides, 577 Corp will register to list the converted shares on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
