-         Ex-right date:     January 02, 2014

-         Record date:     January 06, 2014

-         Purpose:            to pay cash dividends for the final payment of 2013. 

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 15% (VND1,500/share)

-         Payment date:   January 22, 2014

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Finance and Accounting Department of Lilama 18 Joint Stock Company, 9-19 Ho Tung Mau, Nguyen Thai Binh Ward, District 1, HCMC (on the working days) from January 22, 2014, and please submit ID card.
