GMX: Board resolution

Pottery and Construction announces the board resolution approved on 16 December
2013 as follows:
Article 1: Approve the operating plan for 2014 to submit the annual
General Meeting of Shareholders 2014 with the following main indicators:
- Sales (Standard):
+ Brick: 46,350,000 units (standard)
+ Decorative products: 8,900,000
units (standard)
+ Color tile: 2,055,100
units (standard)
+ Glazed products: 461,000
units (standard)
- Net revenue: VND 131,158,134,095
- Profit after tax: VND 10,567,584,052
Assign the
General Director to direct the implementation of the operating plan for 2014
and sign loan contracts with the commercial banks based on the approved plans.
Article 2: The resolution takes effect
as from the signing date. Assign the Board of Directors to direct General
Director to carry out the above in accordance with the charter of the Company
and current regulations.
