D2D: Explanation for business result in Q3/2013

Industrial Urban Development Joint Stock Company No.2 explained the fluctuation in profit after tax of Quarter 3/2013 compared to Quarter 3/2012:

1.       Financial statement of parent company:

-         Profit in Quarter 3/2012: VND12,507,985,554

-         Profit in Quarter 3/2013: VND7,411,977,193

-         Decreased: VND5,096,008,361 (40.74%)

-         Because revenue from leasing land, which was distributed in Quarter 4, but revenue from leasing land of 2012 which was distributed in Quarter 3.

2.       Consolidated financial statement:

-         Profit in Quarter 3/2012: VND10,918,413,111

-         Profit in Quarter 3/2013: VND5,909,649,918

-         Decreased: VND5,008,763,193 (45.87%)

-         Because revenue from leasing land, which was distributed in Quarter 4, but revenue from leasing land of 2012 which was distributed in Quarter 3.
