BIDV: Resignation of a member of the BOD

Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) announce a personnel change as follows:

-         Approving the resignation of Mr. Ngo Ba Lai as a member of the BOD as from November 01, 2013 because Mr. Ngo Ba Lai was not Representative fund of State in BIDV.
