VHH: The explanation for the audit opinion in the reviewed semi-annual financial statement 2013

On 28/08/2013, VIWASEEN - HUE Investment and Construction JSC explained the audit opinion in the reviewed semi-annual financial statement 2013 as follows:

1. The reason for the difference in the profit after tax of the first six months/2013 compared to the first six months/2012:

- The revenue of the Company in the first six months/2013 decreased by 47.8% compared to the first six months/2012 because the revenue from the industrial production decreased 41.3% and the revenue from the real estate activity of the Company also decreased 87.7%.

2. The explanation for the audit opinion: During the time of waiting for the construction of the High Building Office Project, the arising interest in the first six months/2013 is VND 2,370,663,705 as well as other expense has been capitalized into the value of the project. However, according to the audit opinion, this expense is the arising expense in the period due to the delay of the project.
