Lamdong Foodstuffs Joint Stock Co announces the General Mandate 2013 approved on 30/07/2013 as follows:

1.     Approval on amendment of contract between Lamdong Foodstuffs Joint Stock Co and Thanh Hung Hanoi Commercial Ltd Co,. related to member of the Board. Assigned the Board and Management Board to discuss and sign the franchise contract.

2.     Approval on revised Regulation of Lamdong Foodstuffs Joint Stock Co.
