Power Engineering Consulting JSC No.2 announces change in the Board of Directors and Management Board as follows:

Directorate change:

-            Mr. Nguyen Tai Anh has resigned from Chair of the Board and has no longer been Member of the Board with effect since 11/10/2013.

-            Mr. Nguyen Van Hau has resigned from Director with effect since 11/10/2013.

-            Mr. Pham Van Thao has been Chair of the Board with effect since 11/10/2013.

-            Mr. Nguyen Chon Hung has been Director with effect since 11/10/2013.

-            Mr. Truong Khac Len has been Independent Director with effect since 11/10/2013.

Management change:
